JAMM works on 16 daily slots or ‘MAPs’ (which stands for Movements with Awareness that needs to be Practised). Completing a total of 16 MAPs a day means 80 minutes per 5-day week, 360 minutes per month and 4 160 minutes per year.
That’s almost 70 extra hours dedicated to your health and wellbeing each year. Without having to leave home, put on running shoes or wipe down a weight bench.
