New logo, new website, new classes!

Dear friends and members,

I am very excited to announce the launch of our new logo and website. The centre continues to grow thanks to your support and we’re proud of the work we’ve done so far but are always striving to learn more and improve our offering to you.

The change in design has come about not just as refresh but because of the changes in the classes, questioning views on health and fitness, merging of traditional and modern practices as well the core values the centre is run on.

I trust you’ll find the site easy to navigate, but please give me feedback on any issues you may experience and things we can add to enrich the user experience. There is a new partnership page added which links to the various companies and organisations I have and do work with as well as the charities I support.
