I have some exciting news for you around training, treatment and workshops at the centre.
DISCOVERY VITALITY POINTS
I am pleased to announce that Seven Star Energy Centre has been approved as a Vitality partner, you will soon be able to earn points for training at the centre! I am awaiting the stands to be delivered in the coming week, the process works off an ipad now and no longer uses cards or tags.
All you need to do is put in your I.D. number or Vitality number along with your name; check in and earn 150 points per a day. It’s that easy!
NEW TREATMENT PRACTITIONER
I would like to welcome Irinka Roopnarain to Seven Star Energy Centre.
She began work as a physiotherapist from 1993 and worked in South Africa initially, then in the UK between 1996-2006, gaining a broad base of experience in orthopaedic/sports physiotherapy. Her treatment emphasis is on finding the root cause of symptoms, and addressing dysfunctions rather than symptomatic treatments. Irinka integrates movement control principles in her treatments. This involves isolating specific postural/movement faults and muscle imbalances that lead to chronic pain and dysfunction.
Actual therapy involves, joint and muscle mobilizations, exercise prescription, postural and ergonomic advice. Use of dry needling, trigger point therapy and craniosacral therapy are additional modalities.

WORKSHOPS
We will be hosting our second Alexander Technique workshop on Saturday the 9th of November from 12:00 – 16:30. The theme for this workshop is: Breathing, Speaking and Being heard
