MORNING CLASS UPDATE

Reminder of the changes to the morning classes as there is NO MORE Evolution.
MONDAY – Primal Strength. Primal Movements such as crawling, rolling, climbing, hanging and squatting. Using a combination of the natural weights outside (rocks, logs, bags) and Kettlebells. If the weather is not conducive to training outside a session will be done inside. Gloves are acceptable for those not comfortable with carrying rough objects.
TUESDAY – Body Ballistics. High intensity training class, using body weight exercises, resistance bands and medicine balls.
WEDNESDAY – Kettlebells. Hard style Russian Kettlebells, Wednesdays class will focus on strength training.
THURSDAY – Mindful Motion. Recovery and relaxation class, using massage and trigger point release, Tai Chi, Yoga, Deep Breathing Exercises and Feldenkrais.
FRIDAY – Kettlebells. Hard style Russian Kettlebells, Fridays class will focus on cardiovascular and endurance training.

FEE PAYMENT
January is a regular month regarding training fee\’s, please make sure these are paid by the start of classes on the 7th.
Class fee\’s are still the same price as last year.
STAR FIT OPEN CLASSES
We will be having open classes for those interested in trying out our Star Fit program.
The first 8 week cycle of the year starts on the 27th of January.
NEW TRAINING
We are excited to be launching 2 new training disciplines: Kids FUNdamentals & Golf ConditioningÂ
These will be up and running from February, stay tuned for more information.
WEBSITE and EMAIL UPDATE
The website is still in the process of being updated with some of the new schedule changes and training info, apologies for this but if there s anything you are uncertain on please email me.
There will also be an update on the email subscription whereby we will be sending a weekly mail focussing on 1 area of either: STRENGTH , SCIENCE, MOVEMENT, MIND.
GOALSÂ

As with every new year comes new year\’s resolution but these can fall by the way side very quickly. What actions, what habits are you looking to change, instil or effect this year?
Personally I will be doing 3 certifications to further my training knowledge and for my Level 2 Strong First I\’ll need to do a half body weight press (yikes!) :), but as we say if it doesn\’t challenge you it won\’t change you.
