FEE INCREASE – GROUP CLASSES
From the 1st of September 2015, there will be a R50 increase for all group training classes. I.e. 2 classes p/m: Current – R550pm / Updated R600pm
We have avoided an increase for almost 2 years and we trust that you\’ll find the updated pricing still feasible. Price increases in any area of life are difficult and we have had to factor in our current running costs and yearly inflation in making this decision.
If you have paid upfront for a specific period, your current payment is valid until the end of that cycle. The new fees will come into effect in thereafter.
FEE INCREASE – PERSONAL TRAINING
From the 1st of January 2016 personal training fees will increase by R50 for 1 ON 1 sessions for all existing members (R300 p/h to R350). New private members joining before the start of next year will pay the updated fee.
The rest of the personal training fee\’s for small groups (2-5 ppl p/h) remain the same.
PERSONAL TRAINING TIMES
From the 1st of August 2015, we will introduce our new personal training schedule. We have already spoken to current members about this but will now formalise the new layout. The hour that we have for sessions can go by very quickly, and with the all the work we need to do the warm up and cool down, which of course are very important, do take at least 20min of the hour.
On top of this there is some pre-habilitation work designed into programmes and then there\’s the strength and metabolic conditioning sections.
WHAT\’S CHANGING?
– Sessions will be 1h15 instead of 1h.
– Private / Small group members will be required to do their own warm up or cool down.
– One piece of homework to be given for practice during the week.
WHY THE CHANGE?
– Free up more time in the hour for strength and metabolic conditioning.
– Start to teach people how to do their own warm up and cool down, these can also be done at home.
– Increase overall awareness and movement knowledge base.
– Give more value for money, improve results and focus on commitment.
– Change habits by doing something small everyday that imrpoves your health, quality of movement, strength and mindfulness.
– See how committed you are to your goals.

A schedule has been drawn up however you can arrange with your trainer to swop if it\’s more conducive.

Due to the centre only opening at 06:00 members coming for this session will need to stay afterwards for 15minutes to cool down.
